Planed, brushed or grooved and tongue-tied

When the weathered wood from the barns comes to us, we dry it first. This way, it has minimal after effects when used in your home. We remove nails and screws. And sort the barnwood by color. You can buy it planed and brushed. And for walls and floors we provide the wood with groove and spring. Handy for assembly!

Popular wall coverings

If you are a craftsman or a handy do-it-yourselfer, you have undoubtedly had your hands on this wood. Wall coverings are the most popular to make from it. The wood is also perfect for making doors or tabletop and cabinets. Or use barnwood as flooring. Virtually anything you think of can be made from it.

Barnword oak: Wine Pressboards

The oak version of barnwood is also called wine press boards. This wood was used primarily in the making of French wine. When the grapes were pressed, the juice ended up in containers made of oak planks. And that's how they got the name wine press boards. It is literally wood with a story.
